GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HRVATSKA.DIREKTNO.HR
GENERAL PROVISIONS
By using any part of website hrvatska.direktno.hr or all of its parts and subpages of the company Propuls d.o.o. (hereinafter referred as: Portal) you are accepting all of currently valid terms of use.
Users are obliged to regularly read terms of use and it is implied that the users are, by continuous use of the Portal or any of its part at any time, familiar with the currently valid terms of use and that they completely understand them.
To ensure free and unhindered use of web site, such actions are unacceptable and strictly forbidden:
a) publishing, sending and sharing content that is violating laws of Republic of Croatia as well as international laws, content that is insulting, vulgar, pornographic, threatening, racist, chauvinistic or harmful in any other way,
b) publishing, sending and sharing information for which the user knows or assumes that are false, and which could harm other users,
c) false presentation, i.e. unauthorized presentation on the behalf of other legal entity or person,
d) unauthorized publishing, sending and sharing content that is protected by copyright,
e) publishing, sending and sharing unwanted content with the users without their consent or request like promotional materials, commercial messages, “spam”, chain letters, promotional and commercial materials which contain false information, misleading allegations or claims,
f) using website, by any means, to send i.e. incite spreading of unwanted commercial messages (spamming)
The owner of the website has the right, based on its own evaluation and without prior warning, remove the content that he finds inappropriate or which is not in accordance with these terms of use.
Portal has the right to terminate user’s account without prior notice in case of illicit use, i.e. violating these terms of use.
User’s account can be terminated without prior notice and/or explanation. Portal is not responsible for any damage that can be caused by termination of user’s account.
No part of Portal can’t be used for illegal purposes nor to promote them.
The company Propuls d.o.o. is providing, in good faith, the use of content of the Portal to its users.
TERMS OF USE AND REGISTRATION
By using and/or registration to the Portal, the user is accepting all the rules and Terms of use and is obliged to regularly check for updates.
Users can use the Portal in two ways: by publishing an ad with their accommodation or searching through the ads for an accommodation. For any advertisement that is somehow nonstandard users can contact representatives of the company Propuls d.o.o.
To advertise its accommodation, user is obliged to finish a registration process which includes its general and contact information, according to the requirements of the registration form. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information according to the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Acquiring this information is based on Prohibition and prevention of unregistered activities Act, and according the Personal data protection Act, all gathered data will be stored in Personal Information Database which is maintained by company Propuls d.o.o.
Publishing/submitting the advert of accommodation is perceived as user’s request that his ad is published and available at Portal. By that, the user is accepting that published ad contains certain personal information (telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) and he is accepting that this information is disposable to other persons that have internet access.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR USER’S CONTENT
User is solely responsible for all published content under his user’s name (messages, pictures, videos, ads and other content) regardless if the content is published directly, or if it was shared or connected to a link within an ad.
It has to be emphasized that Portal doesn’t give nor can’t gave any sort of guarantee regarding accuracy, authenticity or completeness of the content which is published by the users, and all the responsibility is solely and primarily on the person under which user’s name the content is published. In case of any claims by the third parties, on any basis, to the Portal, in connection to the published content, the user who published such content has obligation and liability to undertake all the necessary actions in order to protect the company Propuls d.o.o. For any damage that occurs based on claims of third parties in connection to such content, the user is obliged to indemnify the company Propuls d.o.o.
REPORTING ILLICIT CONTENT
User is accepting that Portal is not able to control and monitor permissibility of content of the Portal in entirety.
The user that feels that by some ad or other content which was published at the Portal his rights have been violated or if he finds that certain content is illegal or illicit on any basis is obliged to report such content immediately with specifying reasons for the report to the Portal. Portal will, in shortest possible time, review such reports and, in case of determining illicit/illegal content, undertake all the necessary actions in order to protect the users and remove such ad/content.
RULES FOR PUBLISHING ADVERTS
All adverts that are published via button “Advertise your accommodation” or “Advertise your accommodation for free”, as well as those which are uploaded via computer software from another web pages in a repository of adverts, are considered as user’s adverts (hereinafter referred as: ads). All ads must be written in Croatian and/or English language.
Each ad of each accommodation must fall into appropriate or logical category of a type of accommodation, and category “Other” is formed exclusively for ads which can’t be put into any other category. It is not allowed to make an ad for the same accommodation in two or more categories.
It is forbidden to advert other items, services, demands or anything else that is not directly connected with certain accommodation. Pictures in the ad must be the pictures of an actual accommodation that are advertised.
User can have only one user name, and for one accommodation he can submit only one ad. Users are not restricted by the quantity/number of submitted ads which they can advertise, as long as they are following Terms of use.
In the content of an ad user can submit only one link which has to link to additional description of an actual accommodation. It is strictly forbidden to submit links that are linking to other internet ad sites or booking portals. Portal has the right to decide whether certain link is admissible or not and to remove forbidden links.
Portal is not responsible for any damage of any kind which can be caused by interpersonal relations between users. All possible disputes that can arise from such relations (regarding the accuracy and truthfulness of the accommodation and price, user which has submitted the ad, content of the ad, etc.) will be resolved solely between users themselves.
RIGHT TO CHANGE OR REMOVE AN AD
Portal has the right to change the content of an ad by following the Terms of use and by respecting the original content i.e. preserving the intended meaning of original ad.
Portal has the right, without prior notification or question to change, displace, remove or exclude ads that are not in accordance with this Terms of use or legal framework of Republic of Croatia, as well as all other ads that are undermining the quality of experience or the level of communication on the Portal.
Portal is publishing content in good will. Users are using all content of Portal at their own responsibility and Portal can’t be held responsible for any damage that might occur by using Portal.
Access to Portal and all of its content is allowed to all persons without any age restrictions, unless noted differently.
PRIVACY PROTECTION
Portal is protecting users’ privacy to the fullest possible extent.
Portal is obliged that it will use in a good will the information gathered from the users during their use of Portal, and that all the personal information will not be distributed or sold to third parties without the consent of the users.
Portal can, according to the law, gather certain information about the users while using the Portal (solely information about the computer and Internet provider). Such information is used by Portal to have the information about the users which are visiting Portal and to improve Portal and to address certain content to intended audience. Based on such information Portal can identify which content is the most popular among which audience. Gathering such information is very well-known practice among the world’s biggest web sites such MSN, Google, etc.
Portal is obliged not to sell or distribute gathered personal information of each user without their consent, except their demographic information for a group of users without revealing their personal information.
By submitting an ad, the user is irrevocably authorizing Portal to use, copy, publish and distribute this content on other platforms, with the condition that, in such distributions, user’s personal information is not published but solely the content of an and/or link to Portal.
By submitting an ad, the user is obliged with diligence to answer phone calls and/or emails regarding the ad published by the user at Portal, and to check the email, from time to time, with which the user has registered at Portal.
User is responsible for the safety of his own user’s password and is obliged to change it periodically. Portal isn’t responsible and can’t be held responsible for the cases of misuse of user’s password, but is obliged to act in shortest reasonable time after the user reports the misuse of user’s password.
COOKIES
Cookies are text-only pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s hard drive or other website-browsing equipment for record-keeping purposes. Cookies allow the Website to remember important information that will make your use of the site more convenient. A cookie will typically contain the name of the domain from which the cookie has come, the lifetime of the cookie, and a randomly generated unique number or other value.
In order to work properly and to make further improvements, Portal has to store on your computer a small amount of information (Cookie). Over 90% of all websites uses this practice, but according to regulations of EU from 25th of March 2011., Portal is obliged, prior to saving Cookies, to ask you for your consent. User by using Portal is accepting the use of Cookies. By blocking the Cookies, user can still use Portal, but some of its features might not be available.

PORTAL AND ITS SPONSORS MESSAGES
Portal can send, from time to time, to its registered users its own notifications or notifications of Portal's sponsors.
User can, at any time, by written request demand that Portal permanently or temporarily stops using his personal information for sending such notifications.
MODIFICATION AND CHANGES TO GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Portal has right without prior notice to change or modify General term and conditions. Regarding major changes and updates Portal can notify users via email or by publishing it at Portal. By using any part of Portal, it is considered that the user is familiar with the latest version of General terms and conditions.
